Congo Natty – Get Ready

I first heard the album Jungle Revolution, from which ‘Get Ready’ is taken, a few years ago while browsing in Sister Ray Records. It blew me away. It sounded so exciting. But at the same time I didn’t know what to do with that excitement. I tweeted something vaguely humorous and confused. I let it go. Coming back to it when I do it still sounds as exciting, but fuck, if I don’t still have that same feeling, mixing together with the sense of somehow coming to it too late.
